Need Help in EHS Dataeditor

Hi,
I am working on EHS Dataeditor Tool, I don't have any help documents. can you please help me to about help documents, and especially my requirement is I have to cleanse the data and I need to update the new records some times, some times i need to change the exisiting data. in DataEditor Which mode is best ( INSERT, REPLACE CHANGE DELETE) which mode is best way we can you please help me. and How we can debug in SAP by using Data Editor tool?
